REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 
We very much hope all of our customers are happy with their purchases. However, if you are not and wish to return or exchange any of your items you may do so within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Please note that this does not apply to any of our handmade items or anything from our Emily Louise Signature collections, as all of these items are made to order. Only handmade items that are not in a satisfactory condition (damaged or faulty) can be refunded or exchanged.

Please email us at contact@emilylouise.co.uk as soon as possible so you can arrange your refund/exchange with us and return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt.

Emily Louise Accessories cannot be held responsible for goods until they arrive at our premises and therefore you will need to send your returned items via Recorded Delivery. 

 
Refunds

Providing items are unworn, in their original packaging, in their original condition, and are returned to us within 7 days of receipt, we will issue a full refund to either your debit/credit card or PayPal account (depending on which method was used to pay for the order) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note we cannot offer refunds for earrings of any kind due to hygiene reasons in accordance with the Health & Hygiene Regulations.

Refunded amounts do not include postage to send goods back to us.
