How to measure for jewellery sizes

SIZE GUIDE

Necklaces

With your dress on (or a top that has a similar height of neckline), take a measuring tape or piece of string (to be measured after) and loop it round your neck as if it were a necklace.

Adjust the length of the tape or string and use a mirror to see what length is suitable. Once you've found the perfect length, measure it in centimetres and there you have your necklace size!

If you would like any help with choosing a necklace size, when you contact Emily about it please have two measurements ready: from the middle of the neck (that runs along your shoulder line) to the top of where your dress comes up to, and the circumference around the bottom of your neck (see diagram left).

Bracelets

Use either a measuring tape or a piece of string (to measure after) and measure round your wrist.

For the bracelet size, add about 1.5cm-2cm onto your wrist measurement. So, if your wrist measures 18cm, you will be looking to get a bracelet size of about 19.5cm or 20cm.

Remember to take into account the style of the bracelet; the chunkier it is, the more length you will have to add onto your wrist measurement to get the right size.

Please note, this is a rough size guide. When ordering, you are ultimately responsible for the size that you pick. If a bracelet or necklace ends up being too short or too long, get in contact with Emily and she may be able to adjust it for you, for the price of the postage cost to send back to you.
